Fashionable and sophisticated, recently opened restaurant Villa FB – Fusion, Fashion & Bún , artistically stands out on a bustling street in the heart of District 1. Decked out in black and white, this 1930 French colonial style building has already seen the likes of famous Vietnamese singers and fashion designers as well as top government officials. It’s contemporary and vogue designs, from the clean-cut main dining room and posh lounge to the ornate sweeping staircase, emanate artistry at its finest. Created to fuse Fashion and Bún–rice noodles–visitors can enjoy delicious food while glimpsing the latest in trendy local fashion at the restaurant’s DMC (“Do Manh Cuong”) Fashion Boutique.
Unique for venues of its distinction, the restaurant’s top floor provides a space for guests to peruse racks of high fashion clothing, all designed by some of Vietnam’s most prominent fashion designers. Visitors can choose to dine at large black tables in the courtyard, or sip cocktails in one of two indoor lounges. And why not do both? Offering a diversity of bun dishes as well as western specialties, Villa FB provides fantastic food 22 hours of the day. Eat like the locals with a bowl of bun served with sautéed pork balls for breakfast from 6-11am. Or choose from a variety of special dishes for lunch from 11am–4pm. Dinner options start at 4pm and comprise charcoal grilled wagyu tenderloin and tuna steaks, or the refreshing pomelo salad with prawns at 11pm, a special menu comes out to serve those late night cravings until wee 4am. The final Friday of every month sees art events like fashion shows, mini live show and clothing exhibitions. A wonderfully unique concept, Villa FB merges fashion and food, providing a space where artistic talent and sensitive palates can be enjoyed in harmony.
