On the mezzanine level, visitors can choose between fine charcoal grilled meats at The Grill, fresh local flavors at the Vietnamese Grill, local and imported seafood at the Appetizer & Seafood Counter, homemade ice-cream at the Dessert Kitchen or blended beverages at the Juice & Tea Station. A new addition is Square One Terrace provides an elegant place to dine with the beautiful backdrop of the Opera House. To compliment this stylish venue, a “Grazing menu” was created for special events to allow guests to enjoy a 10-12-course dinner, served in small portions forming a tasting menu. In addition, guests can sip from 1 of over 1,500 bottles of international wines from the floor-to-ceiling wall case.
