The Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers takes luxury accommodation to the next level. In the heart of the city, with 4 different restaurants to choose from and a lobby lounge serving daily afternoon high tea, there is something for everyone. At the base of the two towers, near the intersection of 2 lively streets, MOJO Café is the place to see and be seen. Sheer cream paneled walls and soft coffee-colored furnishings provide the perfect setting to enjoy a light salad or after work drink. Amongst classics like sangria and mojitios, MOJO shakes it up a bit with signature cocktails like the Magenta: a fresh infusion of passion fruit, watermelon and vodka. A long list of light dishes including Asian soups and Western sandwiches can be found, but the baked goods should not be missed! Made in store, MOJO has a first-rate selection of cakes, wholegrain breads, and desserts. (Insider tip: breads are 50% off from 5pm). MOJO even makes special order picture cakes: the cake of your choice topped with a graphic photo made of edible ink…chic and attractive, MOJO is fashioning the wave of the future!

Take the escalator up one level to the hands down, best international buffet in the city. Saigon Café Restaurant is the perfect place to bring business associates and family as it has something for, literally, everyone. Decked out in creams and whites, the bright atmosphere provides a well-arranged buffet and dining room easily enjoyable for hours, which is what you’ll do given the array of food. Everything from a large selection of imported cheeses and hand-rolled sushi to hummus dips and sautéed seafood can be found at Saigon Café. Grilled to order kangaroo, duck and beef are barbequed in front of you, while delicious Japanese and Korean soups are rotated often. Try to save room for dessert, as the assortment is endless! Mondays and Wednesdays see special promotions like “German or Spanish night”, when the fare reflects dishes from the region of choice.

Move up one floor to enjoy the beautiful oriental art and wood paneling of Li Bai Chinese Restaurant. Named after a famous Chinese poet, Li Bai serves traditional Chinese fare in a warm and quiet atmosphere. Choose from a menu of over 50 dim sum selections or settle on a delicious Cantonese option like the roasted pig or Peking duck. Sunday nights the restaurant provides a full-spread Asian buffet dinner, sure to leave you satisfied. With 2 VIP rooms and several comfortable booths, Li Bai is a great place to impress colleagues over the ‘Unlimited Dim Sum’ lunch menu.

And for a more romantic and luxurious evening, take the elevator to floor 23 where a 360 degree view of the Saigon River and city below can be relished over a vintage bottle of wine and five-star cuisine. Signature Restaurant spares nothing on elegance. With walls graced by colorful depictions of Vietnamese rice paddies, and tables secluded by curtains of soft orange threads, the restaurant provides some of the city’s finest dining. An open kitchen serves unrivaled dishes like the scampi and chicken tortellini starter or the fresh Atlantic salmon main. A whole page of the menu is dedicated to the restaurant’s imported beef selection including Wagyu, Kobe and US beef cuts cooked to order. Whether dining indoors or out, Signature Restaurant will certainly leave you on top of the world.
