Thousands of miles from Beirut, the fantastic cuisine at Byblos remains close to its delicious Lebanese authenticity. As one of the only Lebanese restaurants in the city, Byblos uses unique and traditional flavors to provide an exclusive and healthy dining experience with every dish. Fresh coriander, garlic and Middle-Eastern spices are used to perfect the juicy chicken, beef, lamb, fresh fish and delightful falafel recipes on offer.

With 8 years of international experience, new chef Jalal Amaneddine has refined the menu to include such delicacies as fluffy cous cous chicken, tasty grilled fish or prawns, and chicken or beef shawarma. Don’t miss the vegetarian kebab, a generous helping of sautéed vegetables and spicy falafel splayed over a soft toasty pita, served with summak seasoned onions and crispy French fries. Opened in April, the main floor of Byblos provides a clean, brightly colored dining room woven with notes of traditional Lebanese music. Every week, amidst the purple drapes and throw pillows of the softly lit shisha lounge, relish belly dancers and a sweet-smelling, fruit-flavored shisha. In addition, this extremely accommodating restaurant provides catering and delivery upon request.
