Cooked to order, only you decide how you want your cut grilled and marinated; Amigo’s friendly staff ensures it’s served to perfection. Each main order comes with access to the substantial salad bar and a long list of largely-portioned sides like potatoes any way you like them – baked, mashed, French fried or in wedges – corn on the cob, sour cream and more.

Also available are savory Texas-style baby-back ribs, spicy buffalo wings, an array of seafood and even seasoned rack of lamb. Accompanying any meal is a selection of imported wines and spirits. Each month also hosts a new set menu with unique dishes on top of the already extensive menu.
